Our Practice Mission Statement:
Our mission is to provide our patients
with exceptional service in a friendly and caring environment.
We are a team, committed to caring for our patients and promoting
their lifelong dental health as well as their emotional and
physical wellbeing. We will always treat our patients with
the utmost respect, confidentiality and dignity. We will be
clear in our communications with them regarding treatment,
finances and education. As professionals, we will continue
to enhance our own personal development through continuing
education and team building to provide quality dentistry.

Askold R. Wynnykiw, D.D.S.
Dr. Wynnykiw is a 1987 graduate of New York University college of Dentistry.
He graduated near the top of his class. Born and raised in New York City, Dr. Wynnykiw has called the
Capital District of New York his home since 1993.
Dr. Wynnykiw is also a graduate of the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies
(LVI) in Las Vegas, Nevada, a world-renowned center for cosmetic and neuromuscular dentistry.
Dr. Wynnykiw is one of few New York dentists with this advanced level of post-graduate training.

Justin M. Taranto
Justin is our practice Administrator and has been a member of the team since 2004.
A graduate of Siena College, Justin brings to our office the skill to handle all of our management, insurance, and financial needs.
Justin oversees all aspects of our patients' insurance helping them to maximize their benefits whenever possible.
Justin takes great pride in having the opportunity to work with all of our office's great patients and looks
forward to handling any questions and concerns that new patients may have.

Nancy Farrell, RDH

Diana Pasinella, RDH
Diana is a licensed dental
hygienist with the State of New York and has been a
member of our team since 1998. She received her Associate's
degree in applied science from Hudson Valley Community
College in 1978 and was the recipient of the Anne F.
Hines Award for Clinical Proficiency. She has taken
numerous continuing education courses which include
training in dental practice management at the Center
for Professional Development in Scottsdale, Arizona.
She is dedicated to delivering optimum care for her
patients. Her goal is to establish a trusting relationship
and to educate patients providing an individualized
prevention program helping each patient achieve a level
of health that they so desire.

Rita Cain, Dental Assistant
Rita has been assisting Dr.
Wynnykiw since 1996. She is knowledgeable in all treatment
procedures offered in our office.
Her soft and soothing voice coupled with
her sense of humor eases even the most apprehensive
patient.

Our Building
 The
building that houses our dental office was built in 1945 as
the Loudonville Post Office. The bricks used were taken from
a demolished hotel in Saratoga Springs.
Over the years the building has seen many
occupants, including Marine Midland Bank, a pediatrician's
office and a lawyer's office before finding Dr. Wynnykiw.
